Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a return.

Refund Details

• Approved returns will receive a 95% refund of the original purchase price.

• A 5% deduction is applied to cover restocking and administrative fees.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Process

• Securely pack your item(s) and include your RA number in the return package.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Protection

Shipping Charges
